Cynthia Lou Tubbs Hayes ,44, of Orange Park, FL went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2012.  Cynthia had been a resident of Orange Park since 1998 and was a manager of the Causal Male Clothing Store for many years .  She loved decorating, yard work and shopping .  She was a devoted wife and friend, loyal and always there for those who needed her .  Mostly, she was a faithful mother who loved spending time with
her children .

 

Survivors include her children, David Rich, Kamil (Javiers) Ortiz and Thomas Rich, siblings, Laura Stanley, Kathy Frank and Greg Tubbs, nieces and nephew, Jason Frank, Nikki Frank,  Samantha Stanley, terrace Daniels, Kiki Daniels, Michael Durrance, Terez Quarrles and Tiarra Quarrles. She was loved by many and will be dearly miss.

In respect to the family's privacy, Funeral Services will be private. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7:00 pm Friday, March 16, 2012 at the funeral home.
