Ruby L. Brown, 87 of Middleburg, FL died Tuesday May 3, 2011.  Mrs. Brown was a native of Alma, GA and had lived most of her life in the Jacksonville area.  She retired from retail clothing sales after 30 years having worked at Vogue and Harry Sach.  She also worked at King Edward Cigar Factory for 5 years.  Her church membership was at the First Assembly of God Church of Middleburg, FL

 

Survivors include her children, Mable (Don) Ragsdale Williams, Larry (Bonnie) Ragsdale and Richard (Paulette) Brown, 1 brother John Cothern, 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

 

Funeral Services were held 3:00 pm Friday, May 6, 2011 in the First Baptist Church of Middleburg with Rev. Todd Jones officiating with eulogy and songs by Jimmy Weeks.  Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery of Alma, GA at 11:00 am Saturday, May 7, 2011.
