DeLack_3_optCarolyn L. DeLack, 49 of Middleburg, FL died Saturday, October 30, 2010 after a brave battle with cancer.  Surrounded by her family, Carolyn has gone on to a better place. Carolyn has left behind a large family and many friends from her years as an APA member and time as a Clay county resident.

 

Survivors include her children Vanessa Barton, Andera Jazo, Steven Cawthon and Justin Clevenger, 5 sisters Cathy Wilkinson, Diana Foster, Dieonna Gradolfer, Gerri Beckerman and Cheryl Nash, 3 brothers Johnny DeLack, Brad DeLack and Rodney Schwegman, her parents John Clifton DeLack and Sara Elizabeth Kubeck, 4 granddaughters.

 

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, November 4, 2010 in Russell Baptist Church, 2299 Sandridge Road, Green Cove Springs, FL.  Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 prior to the service.
