Cloud pic_optPhilip Sharden Cloud, III, 46, passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2011. He was born on October 14, 1965 in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Cloud was president and CEO of a successful business, Southern Charm Plumbing Company, Inc and was an avid sports fan who loved to watch high school sports.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Cloud, son, Philip Cloud, IV, mother, Judith (Eddie) Depratter, father, Philip (Jaunell) Sharden Cloud, Jr., three sisters, one brother, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, December 22, 2011 in the chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Pastor Rick Baldwin officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 10-11:00 prior to services.
