Odie Thomas “O.T.” Gambill, 92, of Green Cove Springs, FL died Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Mr. Gambill was a native of Obion County, TN and had lived in Green Cove Springs since 1927. He retired from the Clay County Property Appraiser’s Office after over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Russell Baptist Church, Clay County Shriners Club and the Cabul Lodge #116.

Survivors include his children Janice (Ernie) Townsend, Brenda (Ernie) May, Russell (Cecilia) Gambill and Anne Marie Neel, 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Gambill and his son Thomas Gambill.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Monday, November 28, 2011 in the Russell Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery with Masonic Rites. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
