Grady Allen Holmes, 32 of Green Cove Springs, died September 15, 2011 in a local hospital.  Grady was a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area where he graduated from Allen D. Nease High School in 1997.  His love for construction began at the age of 13 and continued for over 20 years.

 

Survivors include his mother Treasa (Jon Martin) King, step father David King, four sisters Elizabeth Patterson, Erika (James) Reagan, Jennie Rudd and Suvannah Wethey, one brother Shane Allen Holmes, 6 nieces, Anastaysia and Skyland Patterson, Jasmine and Abagail Morgan, Brittany Martin, Taylor Charles, 4 nephews Robert Martin, Tyler Patterson, Mason and Jake Charles, aunts, uncles and cousins.

 

Memorial services will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, September 17, 2011 in the Switzerland Community Church, 2179 SR 13, Jacksonville, FL with Mr. John Drury officiating.  Visitation with family will be from 2-3:00 prior to services.
