Tina Marie Butler, 20 of Killeen, Texas died Wednesday, August 24, 2011.  Tina was a native of Jacksonville and a lifelong resident of Middleburg.  She graduated from Middleburg High School where she was in the Army ROTC.

 

Survivors include her father Michael (Debra) Fanto and her mother Stacy Allen, two brothers Travis and Thomas Allen and her grandmother Barbara Allen.

 

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, September 3, 2011 in the chapel of Russell Haven of Rest.  Visitation with the family will be from 10:30-11:00 just prior to services.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Justice Coalition 1935 South Lane Avenue, Jacksonville, FL  32210.
