Robert Lewis Robie, 62 of Green Cove Springs, FL died Wednesday, August 17, 2011.  Mr. Robie had been a resident of the Jacksonville area for over 40 years and retired from the US Navy after 28 years of service.  He was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church for the past 4 years.

 

Survivors include his wife Phyllis Robie, 2 daughters Lori Waugh and Michelle (Marty) Anderson, 3 step sons Ben (Sheryl) Harrell, Phillip (Tammy) Harrell and Jason (Lynn) Harrell, 1 brother Rodney (Olivia) Robie, 1 sister Glenda (John) Berthold, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am Friday, August 19, 2011 in the Grace Missionary Baptist Church with burial following in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery with military honors.  Rev. Preston Hayes will be officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7:00 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.
