Kuhrt_pic_optEunice Grace Kuhrt, 80, of Green Cove Springs died Wednesday surrounded by family.  Mrs. Kuhrt was a resident of Green Cove Springs for 70 years and a member of Russell Baptist Church.  She enjoyed baking for family and friends throughout Clay County, especially the J.P. Hall Charities.

 

Survivors include her 2 sons Edward (Debbie) Kuhrt, Jr. and Doug (Annette) Kuhrt; 1 brother James Cruise, Jr.; 6 grandchildren Bryan, Christopher, Charles, Richard, Jonathan and Melissa; and 7 great grandchildren.  Preceding her in death was her husband, Lt. Cmdr. Edward Charles Kuhrt, Sr. (RET).

 

Funeral Services were held at 11:00am Monday, December 6, 2010, in Russell Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Baker officiating with Raymond Blair sharing in music.  Burial  followed in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
