Geraldine Hicks Cercy, 75 of Clay Hill, died Saturday November 13, 2010 surrounded by her family.  Mrs. Cercy was a native of Starke and had lived in the Clay County area since 1952.  She retired after driving a school bus in Clay County for over 20 years.  Preceding her in death was her husband of 44 years Ottis Cercy, daughter Marilyn Annette, and grandchildren Katrina Cercy and Ron Cercy, Jr.

 

Survivors include 3 sons Marrell, Ron and Darrell Cercy, 2 daughters Marilen Williams and Glenda Mosley, 1 sister Barbara Petrick, 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral services were held 11:00 am Tuesday (November 16, 2010) in the Clay Hill Church of God with burial in Peoria Cemetery of Orange Park, FL.  Bro. Jeff Crawley and Bro. Shannon Conner officiated.  Pallbearers were Michael Mosley Jr, Alan Mosley, Scott Cercy, Paul Cercy, Marrell Cercy Jr, Blake Williams, Bo Williams and Matthew Cercy.
