Jane Lois Brown, 87 of Middleburg died quietly at her residence Wednesday with family at her side.  Mrs. Brown had been a resident of Clay County since 1998 having moved from San jc35ge, CA.  Her church membership was with Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed her volunteer work with Kaiser Permanente Hospital of Santa Clara, CA.

 

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Bill Brown, 2 sons Bill (Melinda) Brown and Richard Brown, 1 daughter Kristi (Bruce) Husted, 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

 

Graveside services were held 10:00 am Tuesday, August 24, 2010 in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.  Visitation was from 9-10 am Tuesday prior to the service in the chapel of Russell Haven of Rest.  A memorial Service was also be held 10:00 am Wednesday August 25, 2010 in the Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church.  Rev. Jonathan Kuske officiated.
