Marvene Ann Brower, 70 formerly of Middleburg, died Tuesday evening in a local hospital with family at her side.  Mrs. Brower was a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area and a homemaker.  She attended St. jc35geph’s Catholic Church of Mandarin.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Eleanor Hartley, 1 daughter Rena McHan, a granddaughter Katlyn Brower and a sister Marie Hough.  Survivors include her husband John Brower, 2 sons Scott (Roxanne) McHan and JW (Lisa) Brower, 4 daughters Michele (Michael) Collins, Tresa Ruth, Terie (Kenneth) Bramlett, and Evelyn (Dwayne) Clifton, 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 9 nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 pm Saturday, March 13, in the Historical Church of St. jc35geph’s Catholic Church in Mandarin with Father Daniel Cody officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 5-7 pm Friday at the funeral home.
