Jonathan Carl Mason, 43 of Orange Park, died quietly Sunday evening.  Mr. Mason was a native of Norwich, England and a resident of Orange Park since 1981.  He was a 1984 graduate of Orange Park and later employed with the Clay County School Board for 12 years.  He was a technician with Fairbanks Scale Company for 15 years.

 

Survivors include his children Sean and Nicole Mason, parents, Brian and Joyce Mason, 1 brother, David Woods, 1 sister, Susan Woods, Aunts, Hazel Rule and Dorothy (Gerald) Winter, several cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as the mother of his children, Lori Mason.

 

Graveside Services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday (January 27, 2010) in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery with Rev. Doug Eason officiating.  Eulogies will be by Stephanie Bain and Rev. Chad Weeks.  Visitation with the family will be from 5-7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
