Rose Morris, 66 died quietly on December 13, 2009 at her daughter’s residence. Rose will be dearly missed and most remembered for her fun and caring nature. She had a great love for decorating, dancing, golf and art. Rose was raised in Hobart, IN where she worked for Prudential Insurance as a Department Manager and Underwriter; Encyclopaedia Britanica as Shipping/Expediting Dept. Manager and White Lodging as a Purchasing Agent. She later moved to Florida in 2005 where she worked for Ryland Homes as a Service/Warranty Administrator; Michael’s Arts and Crafts; and The Allegro.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents William B. Englebert and jc35gephine Englebert; and is survived by her 3 children: Cindy Davis of Fleming Island, FL; Ron Morris, Jr. of Modesto, CA; and Doug Morris of Anoka, MN. Five Grandchildren: Brian Davis, Jennifer Davis, Stephanie Hoak, Cody Morris, and Crystal Hess; and her brother Robert Englebert of Hobart, IN.
Memorial services were held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 29th in the Russell Haven of Rest Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to Community Hospice of NE Florida 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
