Lee Ann Myers, 51 of Jacksonville, FL died Saturday, May 19, 2012. Ms. Myers was a native of East Stroudsburg, PA, a resident of Jacksonville and Charleston, SC. She was a member of the Son Baptist Church of Jacksonville and currently employed by Waffle House as a server.

Survivors include her parents, John Tanner and Patricia Bonner, two daughters, Patricia Costantini and Kayla Tanner, three brothers, John “Butch” Tanner, Scott Tanner and Danny Tanner, one sister Chris Tanner, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Naoma Swint and April Rangel.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Friday, May 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Rev. Alvin Pollard officiating.
