General Price List Funeral

A. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff:
 This fee for our services is added to the cost
 of the funeral arrangements you select.
 Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
 to respond to the initial call.  The arrangement
 conference.  Coordinating service plans with cemetery,
 crematory, and/or other parties involved in the
 final disposition of the deceased, clerical assistance
 in the completion of various forms associated with
 a funeral.  Securing and recording the death
 certificate and disposition permit.  Assisting in the various tasks associated with meeting the needs of the family served

Coordination and direction of the funeral ceremony   conducted at the graveside, in lieu of the chapel or another facility.

Coordination and direction of a memorial services conducted in chapel or other facility.

Supervision and attendants for visitation period held in a church or other facility in lieu of the funeral home.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary however, if you select funeral arrangments such as a funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you

usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial.

No state laws require embalming.

Disinfection, dressing, casketing, and/or cosmetics of the deceased.

Basic facilities for preparation, care and custody of 

Transfer of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home (within 35 mile radius).  Additional distance will be charged a $2.50 per mile.

Full Services of Funeral Home and Staff:                                            

This fee is for a traditional funeral and is the total services listed in the right-hand column. It is shown here for your convenience.  You may select not to use an item with the exception of basic services of the funeral director and staff.

Forwarding Remains to another Funeral Home:                                      

This charge includes: basic services of staff, removal of remains,necessary authorizations, basic embalming, use of basic facilities, and basic transportation.  This does not include visitation, ceremony, shipping container, or shipping charges.

This charge includes: basic services of staff, basic facilities,

transportation from airport,  transportation to cemetery, and  basic transportation.  This charge does not include visitation or ceremony.

Cremation without Celebration:                                                                

Our charges for cremation without a celebration of life include:

services of staff, removal of remains, basic facilities basic transportation, holding remains, crematory fee, and medical examiner approval fee.  This fee does not include embalming, viewing or ceremonies.

Immediate Burial:                                                                                

Our charges for immediate burial include:  basic services of

staff, removal of remains, holding remains basic transportation,

transportation to cemetery, basic facilities. This fee does not include embalming or ceremonies
