 When my husband passed away I looked at a lot of cemeteries. They all felt wrong either the traffic and noise was so bad or they were so poorly maintained that it felt wrong. The people felt phony. Then the funeral home suggested that we look at Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery. When we drove in a deer actually ran across the drive. Sue introduced us to her daughter Anna. While we talked to Anna, Sue was there making sure we had drinks, Kleenex and a shoulder. I have never regretted burying my husband there. They make you feel so welcome and address any and all calls. You also know that shoulder is still there even though they've gotten a lot bigger and their family has increased, they still have time for you. The Grief Group that meets there is very nice and all are welcome not just the spouse. They are one of the best decisions I made at a horrible time. I can't imagine there being anyplace better except they went and grew. They made themselves even better.

 I hope this message get's to Mr. and Mrs. Campbell.  I just wanted to thank them for having such a wonderful staff.  I've not had to use your funeral services, however your grounds keeper (the older gentlemen on a mower) was a HUGE blessing to me last week when he bailed me out of a bind when my tire went flat.  It's embarrassing to admit, but I am 33 years old and I can't even change a flat tire, let alone get the jack out of my car.  Your grounds keeper saw me in need, re-inflated my tire and sent me on my way so I could get to work.  He was truly a God-send and I wanted to make sure you knew how special your grounds keeper was to me in my time of need.  Thank you so much for having such a great team! And because he was a person who couldn't rest until he went to bed.   It was actually good to see him still, and relaxed.

The graveside setting too was something I had never seen before.   It was absolutely beautiful.  I could feel the sensitive way in which you cared for the grieving family.
Clem would never have expected such dignity and honour.  He was a hard worker not accepting praise for anything he did so it was good that you were able to treat him so well.   And make the beginning of the grieving process so much bearable for the family.

You made the day a day to enjoy and remember forever and I am so thankful for that.
